The policy
If csvlite isn't what you hoped, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no justification required — though if something didn't work, we'd genuinely like to know what.
How it's processed
Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Include the email address you bought with (and the Paddle receipt number if you have it handy). Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What a refund means for the license
A refunded license is invalidated in our records: it can no longer be re-sent through license recovery, and the same purchase cannot be re-issued. Continued use of csvlite after a refund requires a new license.
Outside the 14 days
Write to us anyway. We can't promise anything past the window, but we're human about genuine problems — duplicate purchases, buying the wrong tier, and similar mix-ups get sorted out.
